Most companies do no go by references.They go by past employer's you put on the application.They than verify all they need to know by your ex employer through a signed past employer work release. How old are you,and do you own your own truck?.Sometimes if you drove intrastate,and not Interstate they will consider that lack of experience.If a co has gone Out of Business this is sometime's hard for a future employer to verify employment.Especially if that co did not report to DAC.I have 23 yrs clean driving,and have worked for some small outfit's that did not report to DAC.So they had no way of verifying employment at that co.Good luck in your search for employment. | REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE |
