Sorry couldn't get my phone to type my message. Anyway, I've given the Yuma Washout alot of business in the past. Have always had trouble with long lines and haveing to close my gates afterwards, but still went there. A couple weeks ago I pulled in and waited two hours to get turned away because my inside lights
weren't working. I had just bought this trailer that had a custom wire job on the inside lights and hadn't gotten them wired up right yet. there was plenty of light when I got there, but after waiting it got dark on us. I would have paid extra for having to wash out in the dark, and held a flashlight, it's not pitch black right under a yard light. After leaving I called the owner, he told me to fix my lights and they'll wash me out. I told him I wouldn't be back, he replyed "go to hell then", and hung up. After giving him so much of my money, is it too much to ask for a floorwash in undesirable conditions? Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Since then I have been using the new self washout on 385, been costing me right around 26 bucks to wash out, so I guess it worked out.

Nice to know, I'm tired of catering to people who really don't seem to want a persons business in the first place or, that they have so much business that they start feeling entitled. Bull Haulers take care of Bull Haulers and I'll be sure to pass this information on to my drivers and I hope that others will follow suit. REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE

I have had some problems with Yuma washout. I will not go back. I use the Burlington Sale barn and do it myself, that way it is done right. I will pass the word on to as many as I can..... REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE
