So how long does a person have to wait before its considered a non payment? I took a load of calves out of Mn to western Ks, delivered on time and everything walked off. Waited thirty days made contact and got the run around waited another week no answer left mesage and no return. Ten days later the same guy posts another load tried to call twice, no answer. Waited fifteen min put my phone on private number and got the run around. Now its sixty days out!!!! What do I do now? REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE

Go to Family Dollar or Walmart and get a Trac-phone with an different number, Just wait until he post another load, call and get that load and keep the load until you get all your money. Or go up to his business and call the police, he hire you and fail to pay. this is a charge police don't like to get involve, Or call a local news TV station in north carolina we have 2 station that look into people that scam, honest working people. Hell post his name on craiglist as a scam artist, post his name on this website as a scam artist.

Be careful about loading a load and keeping it until he pays. Chances are, they aren't his cattle. You'll be in more trouble than what he owes. Dog his a$$, don't give up. Post his name on here as a no pay.
