I really need help on this

How does a person go about changing an MVR report
I have copies of the original court paperwork (it took the court a while to get it all together)

I have taken this paperwork to the DMV and they said that it is not their responsibility to ensure acuracy that is supposed to be done by the courts
I went back to the court house and asked them to please fix the problem and they said "All we can do is give you the paperwork for you to go to the DMV and contest the MVR with them".
I went back to the DMV and asked to be able to contest the MVR with proof of inacuracy from the courts and was told "take the proof to the courts and the courts must request a review for inacuracy of an MVR report" it has gone on like this for about a month now and I have gone to the main DMV office in the state and was told that I can not have my boyfriends MVR changed he has to do it he was standing next to me at this time and requested to have an acuracy review of his MVR and he was told that he would have to go through the courts to get it done.

I need to get this taken care of so the boyfriend can get a job again.

any and all I deas are really appreciated Thank you

i had an experience similar to yours and maybe this can help. i got a seatbelt ticket in indiana and when the court sent the info to ohio where i live they recorded it as a failure to yeild. so i called the state of ohio dmv they instructed me to call the court and tell them about it. i called them and got the same run around like you did until i gotahold of the one person at the court who does her job and helps people and ultimately the court in indiana had to send ohio corrected info in regards to my ticket and ohio still again recorded in incorrectly so i contacted the court again and they again sent corrected info to ohio and third times was a charm and it got corrected. so the moral to the story is you have to get the court to send the corrected info to the dmv because the dmv only records the info they are sent REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE

Thank you for all the information but I was informed the other day I do not need to worry about getting it cleared up anymore the boytfriend moved and told me he would not like me to get it cleared up for him so fine I am not going to

I do not know where you get cheap insurance but I do know in some states that the insurance company is willing to give you a cheaper rate if you get the driver to take a driving course ask the insurance company direct the worst thing they can do is tell you that you have no options to lower the premium for the guy
