If a driver is denied by insurance company and the carrier continues to let them operate without informing the insurance company, any incident will most definitely effect the carrier, but what about the driver? Also what’s the best way to report an uninsurable driver to that carriers insurance company? REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE

In this situation, it is most likely both the carrier and the driver will be impacted. However the carrier is going to shoulder the bulk of the blame. If the carrier allows an uninsurable driver to continue operating, any claim could be denied by the carrier's insurance company. A denied claim means the carrier will have to pay both their own defense during the claim process, and also any judgement rendered against them. If a driver is deemed ineligible, sometimes a plan can be created to help the driver become acceptable again through strategies like drivers training and some other methods.
