Big demand low supply prices are high Supply is low because of the massive sell off of cows the last three years Note the large number of kill cow loads and expande kill cow plants more capacity now after covid That leaves fewer cows producing calves for feeders so now feedlot capicity is down less cattle to move a 1 % Decline is in the neighborhood of 10,000 loads or more |
