Basically it means they are paying you the "NORMAL" rate which should be what is the going rate from point A to point B not what everybody seems to be wanting lately also known as the dreaded backhaul rate or cut rate or CHEAP FREIGHT RATE ! A Full Rate needs to be enough for you to cover all expenses for your trip and still turn a profit not just enough to barely cover fuel let alone pay a driver or to help cover insurance wear and tear and other operating cost and a SMALL profit we aren't trying to get rich on every load but everybody seem determined that the first place to cut cost is on the Truck ! and then they complain if the truck is late or don't show up. People that are always looking for something for FREE and feel the need to take it out on the truckers ! | REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE |
