Why is so hard to find a driver with some livestock experience in California. We get every Tom, Dick, and Harry that apply and say that know how to work with cattle or any kind of animal. But the result is always the same. What can I do... Any suggestions. Or if anyone knows somebody that needs a job send them my way. | REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE |

I think for an application process, Put the driver in an alley with 3 2200lb bulls and see if he can get them into an 8' x 8' pen and close a rickety gate made out of old 2x4s behind them. If he doesnt look at you like you are nuts, and he lives through the experience, hire him! -t |
