depends how far over you are and on how many axles. If you live close to where you got the ticket you can go to court and talk to the judge and sometimes they throw out the least amount one and make you pay the biggest one. Sometimes!!! Good luck |

Either way u go take it to court.Tenn tryd this with me and i had to argue it alot but u can make the cattle stand in one place all the time exspecially on these small scales.Due to theres a lot of stop and go on them witch moves the caow around alot in the trailer as far as wait goes.u could be way under on an axle one minute then really over the next sec due to cattle movement. Then like he said depends how far over u were and was it a state hiway or interstate.thatll make alot of diffrence.good luck |
