Why is there a "private" setting on the rating system.  There shouldn't be a way for companies to hide their true intentions on this website.   The rating system should be there to protect us who use this site from those who are out to take  financial advantage of people and companies. 

Actions speak louder than words.  If you do a poor job then you should accept the consequences for your actions.  We are experiencing poor service from a broker/dispatch company,  we are making every effort to communicate this action to others so they can avoid the same problems we are experiencing.  How can these companies/persons respond if an unscrupulous company or broker can hide its actions by entering "private" on its ratings.

If a company or broker is having tough times and is providing poor service, and they turn things around and start providing good service then the improvement will be reflected in the ratings as time goes by.  Therefore if the company/ broker is just experiencing some bad circumstances, and timing; it can improve its reputation over time.

I urge you to change this policy for the protection of your customers.
