I am looking for any info on how to get started in livestock trucking. I have been raised around cattle and have been running grain trailers now for 3 years. But again just looking for info on any companies that are good to run with and any other info u can give. |

My suggestion to this matter is stay in the grain market. I have several good friends there and they are doing better that anyone I know that is hauling cattle, or get more versatile don't just focus on one thing. I know it sounds crazy but it has been working for me, I haul cattle, hay and bulk commodities. Try staying somewhat local like 200 to 300 miles and get a good relationship with the local ranchers and stock growers. Hope this helps and happy Trucking. |
