I realise most employers are honest and pay thier drivers and bills however there are some who do not. Randy Lashley R & C livestock I will not say he is dishonest I will leave that up to the judge in McCook I will post her verdict when I am notified which will be in less than 30 days. It seems that when his name comes up several people comment on the fact they never got paid. On the advice of the Red Willow county sheriff I filed in small claims court in McCook Ne. aginst Randy Lashley R & C Livestock it is in the judges hands now |

Just as I said I would do I got my mail and opened it to day. From the Red Willow court McCook Ne. I Dale Love am the plaintif vs Defendant Randy Lashley R & C Livestock The judge took the evendence under advisement the letter I got today told me I won my case I now have a judgement aginst Randy Lashley R & C Livestock for $1,210.60 plus $45.82 court costs for a total of $1256.42 Dated September 21,2015 so just in case you Forgot RANDY My address is Dale Love PO Box 186 Liberal Missouri 64762 as I know you will read this a Prompt check would save you incuring intrest on this or you can of course appeal it and waste a bunch more of your money on lawyer and such or simply PAY ME WHAT YOU OWE ME |

Update on Randy Lashley and R&C Livestock NO PAYMENT YET It would be nice if Randy Lashley of R&C Livestock would pay thier bills it is very simple just obey the court order and pay me but like any dishonest person Mr Lashley just keeps on proving he is a crook and a cheat and dumb ass me I just keep paying my bills maybe I should take a lesson from Randy Lashley and start cheating people??? No can't do that I do not have time to Hire a general manager to run around and represent me in all the court cases. That has got to be rather embarrasing thing to have to do especially when you keep losing??? |
