We agree with this posting about the absolute need to keep who rated each company confidential. A low rating could have been a personal conflict in the first place. However, after seeing a low rating, nothing keeps someone from going to the other company and giving it a rating of a one just for spite. Sadly too, if a company feels remorse, has a change of heart, or just doesn't want to be shown anymore as having given a low rating, the company cannot go back and eliminate the rating completely. It is obvious that the loads have decreased as a result of this new rating system. People are going back to the phones to make direct contact to avoid being rated with the click of a mouse. | REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE |
