The Depatment of Transportion has indicated it will grant a 90 day waiver of the new hours of service rule reguarding the 30 mintue break. For the livestock industry this is a small victory. We must kept presure on the Depatment of Transportion for exemptions for our industry. |

It is NOT only for local drivers. The waiver applies to any driver transporting livestock or poultry. My suggestion is for you to read the rules before posting.
