Just wondering what others are getting. I haul out of the east (va) to the midwest @ 3.60 mile. Buyer informs me midwest trucks are hauling for 2.80 - 3.00 going back west. Could this possibly be right? | REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE |

The rate is 4.00, that's what I charge I get texts for loads thats payin 1.70- 2.80, 3.00-3.40. But I dont haul the loads or calll about them. That is jus down sorry that someone would quote a rate that low, but worse is that someone will pull for that. Not many cattle movin so I reckon the cheaper they get. I guess the brokers should promote Watch out for falling rates GOD BLESS AMERICA GOD BLESS JOHN WAYNE HAPPY TRAILS |

THE SO CALLED "BACKHAUL" TRUCKS ARE PULLING WHAT FEW LOADS THERE ARE HERE FOR CHEAP RATES. tHERE IS NO WAY I CAN RUN FOR THAT IM BARE BONES NOW. ITS EITHER FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO SEE ME THRU THESE TIMES OR HEAD OUT THERE AND STAY KNOWING IF I COME HOME ILL HAVE TO RUN CHEAP. ITS KINDA DISCOURAGING BUT ITS HOW SUPPLY AND DEMAND WORKS | REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE |
