They are rude, lazy and they lie. I called them from Chicago on sat. Mornin and ask if they are open, they said yes. I told the person on the phone it'd be lil after noon when I would get there, they said ok. I get to the washout at 1:30 and they take off in the car, so I wait for the truck in front of me to finish then I pulled in, another truck behind me. The owners come back and tell me they are closed now, I asked if I could washout myself he looked in my trailer and told me they don't want cattle shit and to leave, then walked away!! So just remember, the next time you think about goin there, how they treated a fellow cow hauler and potential regular customer. Thanks
