Does anyone do contract with people that they haul for? How do we know that we will get paid? What suggestions are out there from owners that are in the business? Is it ok to just post loads for other people even though you are not a broker and do not have a surety bond and no license? Is this breaking the law? REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE

If you are not charging a fee or brokering the load you are not breaking any laws, If you are charging a fee weather it be dispatch or broker fee you are breaking the law with out a brokers licenens and bond
