I think this is a good deal, $180.00 a year. I paid $1800 new for mine in 2003 and I have to up date every 2 yrs for 900 or it will cost me 1800 again if I go over that 2 yr limit. So it costs me 450 a yr for the updates . Yep, it sounds good to me...........But there are some guys out there that might not use it that much, so are there any deals that may charge them for each time they would use it? I know emiler, which is PCmilers on line version, costs about $50 for 100 uses.

We've had requests in the past to add a mileage/mapping program to the site, but the cost to do this is huge.  We are wondering how many users might be interested in paying around $15 per month to get 24/7 access to a fully functional online version of PC Miler?

Some benefits of the online version:

  • Cheap. $15 per month compared to almost $900 to purchase
  • Nothing to install since it's web based
  • You always have the latest version available
  • Access from any internet connection

Any feedback if appreciated.

Thanks,

Livestock Network

I agree with Terry.  I don't need it very often and $15/month is a little more than I would like to spend.  But I would utilize it if I could pay per use.  I do understand you have an investment that you need to get a reasonable return on.
