This company does not pay the drivers that haul the loads.don't do any hauls for this outfit,if u do you won't get paid at all

AFTER WE LOADED YOU 3 TIMES IN 2 DAYS WITH BACK-TO-BACK LOADS WITH 19% D/H YOU TOLD US THAT YOU COULD NOT PAY FOR YOUR FUEL. THAT ANOTHER PERSON YOU PULLED FOR HAD NOT PAYED YOU. WE FOUND OUT AFTER WE PAYED YOU THE DAY AFTER WE DIRRECT DEPOSITED THE MONEY TO YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT THAT YOU HAD THE LOADS FACTORED AND NOW I WAS HAVING TO PAY YOU AGAIN FOR THE SAME LOAD YOU WERE ALSO CALLING THE SHIPPER AND TRING TO GET THEM TO PAY YOU FOR A THIRD TIME. 2 HRS AFTER YOU WERE PAID FOR THE LOADS YOU CALLED MY PHONE 83 TIMES THE 3 TIMES WE DID ANSERW WE TOLD YOU YOUR MONEY  WAS ALREADY SENT AND WE SENT YOU A COPY OF THE WIRE TRANSFER SAYING THAT YOU RECIEVED THE TRANSFER. YOU WERE PAID ......

WILLIAM LUNBERG contacted NSCN to form his LLC & build him business credit.    NSCN proceeded  in good faith to form WILLIAM LUNBERGS company & the credit dept at NSCN contacted WILLIAM LUNBERG in a timley fashion.  Weeks later WILLIAM LUNBERG'S stated TO NSCN EMPLOYEES- His company lost an account. Therefore weeks after NSCN formed his company as promised, LUNBERG TRUCKING LLC, a legal entity filed with the state of Nevada, WILLIAM LUNBERG then tried to break the terms of the contract which clearly states if in less then 6 months NSCN has not delivered an A+ credit rating & at least $50,000 in business credit, the client will get a refund & can keep their entity. As long as the client cooperates with all the reasonable terms & completes the credit program. Clearly WILLIAM LUNBERG breached his responsabilities of the binding terms.It is important to note the dates WILLIAM LUNBERG states & THE POSTING OF HIS FALSE & SLANDEROUS ALLIGATIONS AGAINST NSCN, A COMPANY THAT HAD EVERY INTENTION TO HELP MR LUNBERG'S BUSINESS.
THE TIME FRAME IS LESS THEN 8 WEEKS. when WILLIAM LUNBERG started to violently threaten NSCN employees he wanted his money back- DUE TO HIS BUSINESS FAILURE WHICH IN NO WAY HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH NSCN.FURTHERMORE- WILLIAM LUNBERG SLANDERS NSCN & its mentioned employees.

Seems like two dishonest people fighting over the same thing, MONEY.   However, I will side with MR. Lundberg because for a fact, Chisholm Trail LIvestock Dispatch DOES NOT PAY THE COMPANIES THEY USE. THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS PATHETIC.  Mr Lund got off easy, they charged 3%.  We were charged 5%.
 

They owe Gordon Enterprises, Paris Draw,  and Richardson a combined $20,000.  They owed 24 Trading $40,000, but they've been paid.  They must have used our money to pay them off so they could get a contract load in August through 24 Trading. It has been over 30 days since Paris Draw has been paid for the loads they hauled.  Gordon Enterprises is 21 days out on loads this company hauled.  Richardson is over 21 days.  Kristi Wilson and Scott Hancock have stated adamantly we would be paid 10 to 14 days.  They made repeated promises to pay us, but no action has been seen.  We have verified through the shippers and receivers that Chisholm Trail has been paid for the loads we hauled.  So, where's the money.

Several attempts to contact Chisholm Trail have failed.  They refuse to answer their phones and turn off the voicemail features so a message can't be recorded.   If  you get a chance to leave a message, they do not respond.  They don't have a broker authority, nor are they bonded.

We have given Chisholm Trail top notch service to their customers. Why can't they do the same for their contractors.  Their actions prove that they have their favorites and certain companies they will take care of (Scott insists that they don't have favorites), obviously we're not on the "A" list.

Legal preceedings have been started.  They will be reported both to the state of Oklahoma and the FMSCA.

Well i have hauled loads for him for a while now and he always pays as a matter of fact in the last year i have been payed on everything the two Texas to Colorado loads that we hauled last week i have not been payed on, But neither has he. This is what the terms were when i started with him payed when i get payed i try to pay on 10 to 14 days, but sometimes it takes a little longer than that and i know for a fact he has drove and personaly collected money twice for me after 45 days out and thats what he is doing now on the road collecting funny how all you guys kick a man when he is down hell the man just got out of the hospital two weeks ago and never stopped working for the drivers as a matter of fact they kicked him out cause the phones rang all the time but he just got over a bad round of staff that came after a spider bite 7 days in the hospital 12 days at home with an I V pump got the I V pick line to his heart removed sunday and left the same day going to visit various companys that owe him a total 60,000 combined. My name is Shane Robbins and i bet instead of talking about someone if you have a little paitance you will all get your money but i know how you think cause i'm a driver to speaking from experiance everyone will get payed i know it in my heart cause thats the type of guy he is. i dont do this inter net crap but kristi and scott let my daughter log on under Chisholm Trail cause we work mainly for them and to see this does not up set me i do know you need to get your facts right about what he owes other people and how come there is no mention about all that he payed out before he got payed and the direct pays to people that he does the pay at the chute loads the fact if your truck breaks down he helps get it back going for you if your low on funds he helps with fuel money yeah i and the fact that he keeps your deadhead down to 30 % money a little slow i can live with that cause i always get it  and thats the bottom line

Now George with double L the first adress you gave Kristi was wrong dont know about the second one pat called me the other day and i told him that if he had not got the money in a couple of days i would wire it the adress you posted here is differant than the other two so why is 3 differant adress last but not least bud lunberg notice you nevercalled for that fuel money to help with your manners class bud you were wired 1650.00 on a load that only payed 1546.00 from the company that we hauled it for after that then you turned the bill into your factoring company so you could get double payed the rest of what was owed to you less the srink feed and water per head no show fee you had 600.00 left that went to the factoring company i pay my biils and i pay the people that pull loads for me i am on the road this week collecting money yes i am a little behind but it's alittle hard to go anywhere when you are hooked to an I v pump but that's alright i'm not hooked anymore and when i get back you all will here from me and who know you might even see mee before i get back

ive heard this time and time again, ppl say dont haul for them dont do it, well everybody gets a chance, and some ppl dont belong in cow trucking to begin with, hey cowboy i sure the hell woulda never advanced you more than the load paid me thats for sure, and if your behind in your bills it didnt come from pulling 1 or 2 loads! guess you never should bought that 60,000 dollar ride and spend another 10k on making it look good. CHROME DONT GET YA HOME! i got 4 nice rides, yup they look nice, but they are 94,94,95,98 models each and every one bought and paid for 1 at a time, and my wagons may not have that 5k light package on them but it hauls the same weight as yours! key point dont blame this man thats trying, if hes making an effort let him show you he's good for it

and you told me you thought it was 4064 and I told you it was 4004???

when we still had not recieved the check at Pat's address in Nebraska.several days later I thought I could simplify by just giving you my post office box number  in Waynesburg Ky

All i know is that you called me on/or around the 11th of June and told me

you had recieved payment on the loads and you would be sending check

within 5(five) days,that is still on my voicemail. Today is July 12th as of  today no check in  mail,

My purpose in posting a reply on this site is to warn the people who use this site and benefit from it of the unethicial business practices of this company, and the risks they take when using this company.

To respond and clarify some of the comments posted.

First, there is no "drama".  An attorney has been contacted and we will pursue this until the matter is resolved.  All of this "drama" could've been avoided if Scott or Kristi would've answered the phone so we could work this out privately instead of a public forum.

Second, much of what kristi has stated is either exaggerated or outright lies.  We never asked for an advance.  We already were 14 days out on the first 3 loads we hauled.  We were due payment in the first place.  And regardless of what was done in the past, or who's paid for what, it's "what have you done for me lately" that matters.  CHLP still owe us for the loads we hauled and we just want to get paid. 

Third, the loads hauled by Gordon Enterprises, Paris Draw, and Richardson were indeed paid to CTLP.  We cannot vouch for others who have been victimized by this company.

I am done talking and now, my actions do the talking.

Pay us in full and I'll be happy to post a comment in this forum stating so.

you should of contacted the lawyer first instead of making your problem everyone elses reading material. If you would of communicated like you did on this forum board maybe a lot of your problems would of been resolved. i know i didnt have to read what you wrote and i didnt only glanced at it cause it was so long..

Livestock Hauling has gone down hill, We have to many people trying to make a living of someone elses working. Just like reefer trucking haul for brokers   YOU WILL GO BROKE!!!!!!!!

Holy DRAMA........It is far to easy to sit behind a computer screen and type things you typically would not say to the other party.  Looks as though some people need to talk directly in person and solve it, not bicker back and forth on here looking silly and making bad name for livestock haulers.  Just my opinion though.

Yep Steven Homfield I did file bankruptcy, And I guess you forgot about the big meeting we all had, what did I tell your friends, I can pay you all in the morning or we will try to get through this, all of you said no cause this is best place we ever worked, and we want to stay and you will get your money (50,000) from gene daves at daves land and cattle. That never happened.

And you need to mention the fact  that your contract stated that if you ever quit your truck had to be returned to Waynesburg Ky. It was not,  and you know what I charged if I had to retrieve my truck. 1500.00 and when you signed it you had no problem. So that was 1500. out of your paycheck, also you had Pratt Livestock send you a check that was made out to Double L Trucking

(you deposited it in your account in Higginsville,Mo.)

to your house and the amount of that check I think was maybe 1200-1500 dollars and they stopped payment on that check, I still have all the documentation and A letter from Pratt Livestock to send if you don't remember that. Your cell phone bill which was to be used for my business

was about 1200.  and 800.00 was from your personal use.  You were caught selling fuel off my fuel card, you cut a 400.00 dollar steering tire, and you kept a 350.00 galaxy radio. And to top it all off you stopped in Indiana for sppeding

and one thing led to another you could not drive my truck from the spot you were stopped for speeding( and I won't post that reason on here, You can let the world know if you want to. But I am not going to do that.

And I had to send my brother to get my truck and missed a 2500.00 load

So that is a difference of 50.00  You say I owe you 3000.00

Your quitting and my son in law having to pick my truck up in Higginsville was 1500.00   Your phone bill was 800.00   the tire you sliced was 400.00

the Galaxy Radio you kept was 350.00  that is 3050.00 and this dont include the fuel that my brother caught you selling off my fuel card.

So Steven Homfield you think I still owe you 3000.00   I do not hide behind the cross on these matters, you know how I believe that is why you gave me that 70.00 carhartt jacket with the Three Crosses on it.

But you need to give all these facts to people who call and ask why You give me a bad rating, you need to tell the whole story cover to cover. and to those who would like copies of what happened, the letter I got from Pratt Livestock, Indiana State Highway patrol, Steven's Contract, his phone bill, you can call me, All docs are tucked away in my basement so it may take a few hours to find them, but I still gottem.

i never quit u just stoped pay so i stop driveing ur truck for nothing and drove two month with a plate was expired.the check was made out to me because that was the only way i was going to get my money and no they didnt stop payment . i hauled alot for them before i worked for u . u told me it was slowing down in ky and i ntold we could haul for these people and u said ok and keep telling me u where going send me some money and i never got it so i ask them to help me and they did. i do have copy s of every thing too.if u want to keep using daves land and cattle as a excuse y u use money from a roll over truck that u could pay to get the truck out of the body shop.as for me bring ur truck back i was not going to do that with out the lic plate being up to date.i nevr sold fuel off ur feul card so there u go again telling lies.o and it was not a steer tire it was a drive get it streight if ur going tell the truth and ya i keep ur radio and i told u if u paid me u could have ur brither stop at the 49 exit and i would give it to him.ya i do think u still owe me. george we can bring all my thing up from the past so maybe every would like to here y u hide behind them crosses u want tell stores on me start telling the one u told me about ur self to. u have ur demans in the past.i think u seen me in evenville in and we where going the same way and i was trying drive slow so u could run with me and we could chat about it then but u where too chicken to run with me LOL.P.S. all i want is what i worked for untell i get it ur the bigest chicken shit i know.
