On October 1st, I Was headed to Pennio Feedlot with a load of cattle. I was on Hwy 71 from Kimball to Brush, Co. crossing a brigde and was hit by another semi at approximately 7:30 at night by a wide load of round bales. I was headed south they were headed north. I totaled my semi and cause $8500 damage to my cattle pot. If anyone has any information regarding this incident please contact me. The Colorado State Police have not been able to track this down. It was a hit and run. I stopped and he kept on going. Do you remember what the other truck was? make, model, color? We travel 71 frequently we'll keep an eye out for it if we know what to look for. |
