I am looking to work for a Livestock operation that is based out of the Iowa area. I have a clean record, six years experience, and grew up on a farm, so I know livestock, and have had my share of bruises from being kicked. I am looking for one that is home weekly as I have shared custidy of my kids, and I want to know any names of any good ones that hire out of the middle of Iowa. I am looking to be a company driver as I do not I have any business buying a truck and learning a new aspect of the industry at the same time. I am willing to ride with someone for a couple weeks to learn the ropes, or shadow another truck. Thanks for any information or sugestions that any of you experienced hands have for me. I have already applied to Livestock Express and they seem to be very busy to get to it, and I guess that means business is good, and I have had others contact me with others to look at and given me advice, I just want to say thanks to all, and keep it coming. |
