We hauled a load for a cattle broker, who not only said nothing to us about a percentage being taken from the load but has also informed us that he makes no payment
to us until he gets paid. I explained to him that I still have to pay my bills weither I get paid or not. Could anyone share information on what we can do
to get what is rightfully owed to us. Its now been 60 days since we delivered and there was nothing wrong with the cattle. Please any info would greatly help

Not sure about Ky., but here in Texas we are going to file a Mechanic's Lien/ Contractor's lien
against a company that has not paid us.

We are waiting for the 30 days past due, just 3 more days!!!

You might check w/ your local courthouse, if this isn't an option, you could
take them to small claims court.

Depending on how much they owe you, and what the small claims court maximum limit is, you
may have to file your amounts seperately, and take them to court several times.

Good luck partner, and God speed!
