He has an in house program and keeps decent petes and kw in stock. We bought a truck that was repoed from him and has had a few issues and they've bent over backwards to treat us good. NEIL KEENER NONE , TX 806-463-9732 Posts: 2	Been there done that with united truck group..... was buying an old IWX freightliner when i drove it off the lot the gauge on the dash was showing no turbo pressure, THEIR mechanic said they had checked it out and it was just a bad gague. so i ran the truck for two months, and finally put it in the shop to find out why it had no power. low and behold the turbo was burned up. since the old turbo wasnt in in kind of condition to be used for a core charge it cost me almost 5 grand to fix. then because the truck had ran so long with no turbo the extra power with a new turbo caused the engine to fail.... dropped a valve 2000 miles later. both times i called the vp of the company in florida and he said that neither componet was covered under their MAJOR ENGINE COMPONET coverage...... definately a bunch of crooks.... TMC CATTLE COMPANY INC VERDEN, OK 405-453-7255 Posts: 10	WELL WHEN WE WERE THERE UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ONLY HAD A FEW TRUCKS THERE, THE FACILITY IS NASTY, YOU HAVE TO PAY 495 TO EVEN LOOK AT A TRUCK, THEN THEY CHARGE YOU A BULLSHIT 950 CLOSING COST FEE AND THEN THEY SNEAK IN ON YOU OH YOU HAVE TO PAY THE 2290 THRU THEM WHICH IS NOT CREDITED THRU IRS AT ALL. SO IN TURN YOU HAVE TO PAY IT TWICE ONCE TO UTG AND THEN THE IRS. WE HAD OUR TRUCK 4 MOS THEY WOULDNT FIX SHIT AFTER THE FIRST TIME, AND HALF OF WHAT THEY SAID THEY DID THEY DIDNT DO. THEY WOULD NEVER PROVIDE THE REPAIR WORK THAT IS REQUIRED BY D O T FOT YOUR COMPANY TRUCK MAINTENANCE FILE. YES THEY SCREW YOU OVER AND HONESTLY THERE IS A WEBSITE CALLED RIPOFFREPORT.COM OR RIPOFF-REPORT.COM AND IT SHOWS WHERE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS THEM UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, ANYBODY ELSE WHO HAS BEEN SCREWED BY UTG AND TRUCK CAPITAL WHO ACTUALLY TAKES OVER AS SOON AS YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT IS ALSO UNDER INVESTIGATION. SO DRIVERS BE WARE THEY ARE CROOKS. LAST BUT NOT LEAST IF YOU DECIDE NA IVE CHANGED MY MIND ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR DOWN PAYMENT ,,, THEY KEEP IT THEY TELL YOU EITHER YOU TAKE YOUR TRUDCK OR HAVE A NICE DAY .. DAN BRAUN BRAUN FARMS CAMPUS, IL 815-674-5399 Posts: 4	what everyone has said about UTG is telling the truth.... y'all might hate me and i'm sorry but i USED to repo semi's for them...it was a job and something that paid the bills i no longer repo for them cause of how they treated the customers. The way we found the trucks is b/c they illegally install GPS tracking devices in the truck .... The owner of the company is also under investigating for drug trafficing...No one knows how they operate better than i do....your right they are nothing but a bunch of crooks....and when there was personal possesions in the trucks i repoed they took them out and sold them for money for more profit....if anyone has any concerns i can explain stuff better but once again i no longer do it b/c of the mis treatment towards their customers and the illegal shit going on.... JESS LOCKABY J&C TRANSPORTATION LLC PHOENIX, AZ 602-956-8557 Posts: 3	I once bought a truck thru United truck goup about 10 years ago, a real nice pete, i never ever had any problems with them, although i did pay for any repairs i had done to the truck. i had the truck for about 8 months and i took it back to them, when i showed up they asked me to make an offer for payoff, and the offer i made they accepted to my suprise, so i wrote a check and 10 days later drove it back home. i later sold it. good luck to everyone, i have heard alot of bad stuff about them.
