Howdy, I am thinking of starting my own business hauling cattle, maybe horses. I own a 2017 dually as well as 32ft Gooseneck and a 20ft trailer. I have hauled bucking bulls and Mexican fighting bulls an lots of horses. just not as a commercial business. I am looking for some serious guidance on the best way to get started, best insurance to carry, types of insurance, do I really need a DOT #, rates to charge, things like that.
