Quick question for everyone. Will most customers, trailer owners, cattle broker/owners require an MC# for an owner op to pull their trailer or haul their loads? Since livestock in an exempt cargo it doesn’t appear to be required by law... does anyone have a real answer on this? Thanks | REPLY REPLY WITH QUOTE |
