Does anyone happen to have a new contact number for Mark at Broken Spoke? The numbers I have no one has been answering. Thanks in avance, Seth Primetime Express.

That's funny, cause I just posted the very same question. Have you been able to collect or get him to answer? I have an outstanding invoice from February and can't even get him to answer his phone. Not sure what's going on there? I see that he's still posting loads though.

I am having the same issues. Mark Broken Spoke Dispatch will not answer phone calls, text messages, emails and he has owed us money on a invoice since October 2016. I have sent numerous invoice certified mail Monica or Mark will sign for them but they will not pay. I don't understamd why Mark is still able to post loads or even book loads when Broken Spoke Dispatch has no broker authority. Just going off what the FMCSA Company Snapshot says. If anyone has any idea's on how to collect from Mark @ Broken Spoke please let us all know. It is wrong that Mark is holding up all of our money. We all did the work, he needs to pay all of us that he owes money to!!!!

I had the same issues and I was hooked to his trailer. I worked for him in september of last year. He couldnt pay me, so I went elsewhere. It took my wife 6 weeks and several emails offering either payment or legal action to get a simple paycheck for one truck. I cant imagine what you guys are waiting on from him. My wife had the best response from email. [email protected] good luck getting paid everybody, glad and sad to know we werent alone in getting screwed by this guy.

Seth, I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I did a quick search on his licensing and insurance and found that his broker authority has been involuntarily revoked as of February 16, 2016. If he has been brokering or hauling any loads out of Kansas, he has been operating illegally . You might be able to chase it through FMCSA somehow, however, with out his bond and authority being in force, not much recourse.

If you want to verify what I am saying here, go to FMCSA company snapshot page, search his DOT or MC number, when that comes up, it will show NOT AUTHORIZED in red. Look in the right top of the screen and you will see a licensing and insurance tab. That will bring up a 4 page history of Broken Spoke's insurance etc. the last page will show that he was revoked in February 2016.

His address above shows Winfield, Ks. If it were me, I would take a load of fats to Creekstone in Arkansas City and stop by his address on the way back through Winfield and "try to resolve" the issue. This is the main reason I don't like dealing with brokers and only have a select few that I will do business with. Good luck to you all that have outstanding invoices with him.
