In response to many complaints about the rating system, we have added the ability to set your company ratings to private.   This gives members the ability to hide their ratings from other members, if they so wish.  To do this, follow these steps.

Click on the "My Ratings" link in the left menu.

Click the "change setting" link. 

Click the "Yes, change my rating view to...." link.

Your rating view is now changed.
