I think the rater should be disclosed. If I was to give your company a low rating, won't you want to know why, so maybe you could solve it? I think if a shipper rated me poorly, i would want to know so i could fix it & get more buisness from them. I would hate to loose the work these days. I AGREE, BUT SIR WHY IS YOUR NAME AND INFO ANONIMUS YOU CANT BE FOUND IN THE DIRECTORY. MOST PEOPLES INFO ALONG WITH CO. NAME COME UP WHEN THEY POST A COMENT OR TOPIC ON THE FORUM BUT ONLY (MTD) COMES UP FOR YOU. ARE YOU ANONIMUS OR JUST NOT READY TO LET THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG ?
