We're looking for a full time driver to haul show and pleasure horses throughout the east. We operate 15 horse trailers powered by Kenworth tractors hauling to horse shows and farms. 50+% of what we do is team driving. At our starting pay rate, our drivers average $60k per year working 4 and a half days a week with plenty of opportunity for someone to work more and earn more. We offer health and dental insurance, we cover half after six months and we pay in full after a year (this is worth $7500 per year). One weeks paid vacation after a year and two after two years. We offer a 401k with company match after six months. We work at least one day most weekends, especially in the summer. We're looking for a driver who has experience handling horses, a valid CDL (who can meet all DOT requirements, inc. pre employment and random drug screening), is capable of handling show horse related equipment and is interested in a long term position. We are willing to help the right candidate relocate and will add a housing allowance as well. The job is based in Massachusetts (home at least 3 nights a week in the winter and as many as 7 in the summer), but could be open to someone who lives in South Florida if they are willing to be on the road 2-3 weeks at at time.
