Does any one know if thier is a way to go after a carrier for thier money owed for hauling?

Ws are learning that this carrier has not only scamed from our two trucks has also done the same to couple others that we know about. Such as shorting us on miles paid and telling one rate per mile than find out later its different rate,chargeing for expense that are not are responsabilty such as maintance for trl and such,not reimburseing for washouts,wood shaving,salt and so fourth even though it was the agreement in the % rate for pulling thier trailers.

Don't know if it can be done but I wish people with this kind of problem would post these people so others know to turn them down There's more of this going around than most people relize

The first thing you need to do is tell the rest of us who they are so none of us get taken by them too . then if what your saying is is true , personaly I would get a nice aluminum baseball bat and edgucate them .

Jim, I will not say carrier name at this time cause thier some hope that the will be good people and pay us what they owe us and we can move on,but if not than futher action will take place,and im sure they seen this post, I was hopeing someone would have a idea where to start if a person needs to take action if need be. Briell, I thank u for the offer but at this time I have a hard time putting trust in people who offer jobs due to my bad experiance with last carrier, I gave it all 110% to make it work doing livestock hauling,started with little knowalge and experinance and work my way to know what to do and not what to do doing this job and invested time and $$ to get trk regiture for Canada and passport and time away from my family and the end we got taken for. There for it kinda make it hard to put trust in people. Thanks

Joe, Yes I agree,there should be more people being open minded about these promblems and post promblems like these and I will if we dont see a solution before long.

Maybe you need to explane how this is done , as there is no ,where I see on your site to do just that rate a broker or rating a carrier , and as a paying subscription member I think there should be a place on this site to do just that , Rate Carriers and Brokers, lets be fair about this

Excuse me for not looking over the site before I spoke , but in all fairness on your ratings site it say's to rate a carrier nothing about brokers or buyers ,to be fair it should be set up to rate all the above and maybe even the livestock network site. Just my way of thinking

You agree on a rate, and then he takes 10% out when it comes time to pay.....

I've been pullin for him since Dec of 13 an never had a problem with him yet. Always was good to his word.
